Pierre Ollier

Actor

An actor, his passion for theater caught up with him after his graduation from HEC and eight years spent doing business advisory consulting, notably for UNILEVER.
He has played in many productions, notably at The Théâtre du Rond-Point des Champs Elysées, in “Parts, OULIPO”

For the past 15 years, he has coached managers, helping them to navigate the difficult road of communication, organization and vision for their enterprise.
In 1998 he started to work with Synthesis where his acting knowledge has been dedicated to helping better understand the challenges faced by companies: leadership, understanding, involvement, doubt, innovation, the art of “ringing true”, team management…
He has worked with the top executives of companies such as Orange, Société Générale, Crédit du Nord, Total…

In 2008, he became deputy mayor of Massy and was put in charge of cultural affairs. This new experience not only added to his overall experience but also increased his grasp of in-the-field challenges, and gave him new insight on how to channel transformations in complex organizations.

He also teaches in many prestigious engineering schools such as Ponts et Chaussées, Télécom Paristech…), and is a lecturer for HEC's MBA program.
