Pierre Ollier

Actor

As an actor, his passion for theater caught up with him after his studies at HEC and eight years spent in organizational consulting, notably at UNILEVER. He plays in many productions, notably at the Théâtre du Rond-Point des Champs Elysées in "Parts, OULIPO". For 15 years, he has accompanied managers on the demanding paths of communication, organization and company vision.

Since 1998, with Synthesis, he has been using his know-how as an actor to help understand business issues: leadership, discernment, commitment, uncertainty, innovation, the art of speaking “fairly”, team management, etc.
He works with the leaders of large groups such as Orange, Société Générale, Crédit du Nord, Total, etc.

Since 2008, his activity as Deputy Mayor of Massy, in charge of culture, consolidates his experience and his understanding of the issues on the ground and how to support transformations in complex organizations.

He also teaches in several engineering schools (Ponts et Chaussées, Télécom Paristech, etc.) and is a lecturer at the HEC MBA.
